About the Role

Job Title: Project Data Assistant

Responsibilities

• Validate expectations with customers before, during, and after project completion while performing excellent customer service
• Successfully manage multiple solar projects through all phases, from sales proposals and design through project completion and closeout
• Serve as liaison between field technicians, department management, government bodies, and customers, handling all inquiries and troubleshooting
• Assist with managing multiple subcontractors across multiple states and recruit/develop business relationships with new subcontractors

This role contributes to expanding solar energy adoption in the Midwest, helping customers transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions through efficient project execution.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills with extraordinary commitment to customer service
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with Apple ecosystem software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
• Knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce
• Experience with solar projects and ability to function in all phases of project development

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $30,000-$40,000/year
