Project Cost Controls Analyst (Remote - Mid Atlantic)

• Build and maintain project-level cost forecasts, monitor cost drivers, and lead monthly reporting with variance analyses.
• Implement analytics models to forecast project costs and conduct scenario planning for risk mitigation.
• Analyze project performance trends, identify root causes of variances, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Develop cost tracking systems, lead data quality audits, and contribute to lessons-learned reviews.

This role supports the construction of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, directly contributing to the transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related analytical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project controls, FP&A, or data-driven roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Python, and/or SQL highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate complex data for senior leadership.
