About the Role
The Project Coordinator/Operations Assistant will support the international online research study and wider operations of ASIF, working closely with the Project Manager, member organizations, and scientific partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all stages of an international online research study, from set-up and ethics submissions through to recruitment, reporting, and sharing findings globally
- Work closely with Project Manager, international member organizations, and scientific partners
- Help with events, communications, and general organizational support for ASIF's wider operations
- Split time approximately 70-80% on research project and 20-30% on wider operations

- Experience supporting research projects (ideally in healthcare or epidemiology)
- Highly organized and comfortable managing detailed documentation
- Communicates clearly and confidently in English

Benefits

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week (flexible working)
Contract: 18 months (extension subject to funding)
