Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate and support the Collaborative's operations, including fundraising, subgrant processes, maintaining records, document management, and meeting scheduling.
  • Support the Collaborative's staff team and interface with JUFJ staff and member organizations, coordinating internal systems and processes.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting programs for Communities of Practice, including scheduling, drafting agendas, facilitating sessions, and curating resources.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least two years experience with operations and administration; fluency with software applications (G-Suite, Canva, EveryAction, Asana, Squarespace, Slack) preferred.
  • Project management skills: ability to coordinate multiple projects, consult stakeholders, and manage resources.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and flexible thinking skills; commitment to anti-oppression and equity.
