Project Coordinator

As the Project Coordinator, you will be a key part of the Anza Advisory Services team with core focuses on:

• Supporting client order fulfillment satisfaction
• Managing production and delivery coordination with suppliers
• Maintaining and tracking inventory movement
• Accounting reconciliations and monthly reporting

This role contributes to renewable energy adoption by coordinating solar and storage projects, supporting the transition to clean energy solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree required
• 3+ years in data-related field, supply chain, accounting or transportation is a plus
• Strong program management skills with experience leading end-to-end execution of projects/programs
• ERP experience such as Netsuite, SAP, Salesforce
