Project Controls Manager

• Establish and lead project controls strategy, standards, and systems across the portfolio of Datacenter and Natural Gas Power Projects.
• Oversee cost estimates, budgets, schedules, forecasts, Integrated Master Schedules, and Cost Breakdown Structures; identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Procurement to design contracting strategies, apply quantitative risk analysis, and govern change management processes.
• Enhance governance frameworks, stage-gate processes, and reporting structures; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

This role accelerates the clean energy transition by ensuring disciplined, data-driven project execution across a rapidly scaling portfolio of renewable and natural gas power infrastructure, enabling confident investment decisions and successful delivery of projects that preserve the planet for future generations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or commercial project delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects with portfolio-level complexity.
• Deep expertise in cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance management; strong understanding of commercial structures and risk allocation.

Total Compensation: $188,500 - $205,400 (base salary + bonus in USD). Equity Grant. 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision for you and dependents.
