Project Controls Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain project controls deliverables to keep energy storage projects on budget and on schedule
• Monitor, validate, and report on cost, schedule, change, and risk information across multiple departments
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports using tools like Power BI and Excel
• Support change control processes, risk management, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

This role helps power the transition to a cleaner, more resilient grid by ensuring energy storage projects stay on track and deliver maximum impact in advancing renewable energy infrastructure.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 1-2 years in project controls, project accounting, scheduling, or cost analysis in energy, construction, or related industries
• Skilled in variance analysis, cost forecasting, Excel, Power BI, MS Project/Primavera, and ERP/financial systems
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear recommendations and ability to work independently
