Mission
What you will drive
- Provide objective analysis and evaluate project performance throughout the entire project lifecycle, including schedule completion and expected final cost.
- Work with Project Managers to collect data for reporting on project progress for both cost and schedule.
- Develop, analyze, and assess construction cost and critical path method (CPM) schedule data.
- Perform risk assessments including conducting risk interviews, developing risk registers, and calculating quantitative cost and schedule risk.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Competencies in setup of work breakdown structure, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, earned value performance, risk analysis and change control.
- Experience with project management information systems (PMIS) such as Oracle Unifier, E-Builder, Kahua, Procure.
- Ability to perform pre-construction and construction cost estimates.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
