Project Co-Ordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of programmes and initiatives for individuals who spent childhood in the care system
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure services meet the needs of care leavers
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and act as primary point of contact

This role contributes to meaningful initiatives designed to improve health, mental health, well-being, and overall life outcomes for care leavers, helping them thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience working within charity or statutory sector with evidence of making positive, measurable difference
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills for stakeholder liaison
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of challenges faced by individuals who have been in the care system

Salary: £24,800 per annum (£31,000 FTE). Contract: 28 hours per week, 12 months fixed-term. The role offers flexible working with primarily remote arrangement, opportunities for professional development, and working with like-minded professionals in a supportive team environment.
