What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of programmes and initiatives for individuals who spent childhood in the care system
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure services meet the needs of care leavers
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and act as primary point of contact

Required qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience working within charity or statutory sector with evidence of making positive, measurable difference
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills for stakeholder liaison
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of challenges faced by individuals who have been in the care system
