What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of programmes and initiatives for individuals who spent childhood in the care system
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure services meet the needs of care leavers
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and act as primary point of contact

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience working within charity or statutory sector with evidence of making positive, measurable difference
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills for stakeholder liaison
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of challenges faced by individuals who have been in the care system
