Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Organize targeted community mobilization and awareness sessions to ensure uptake of RMNCAH services and ensure targets are met in the targeted facilities
- Support capacity building of CHVs, TBAs, Community Champions and other demand creation agents on effective Social mobilization for increased uptake of RMNCAH Services
- Support in monitoring and evaluation of project activities to ensure quality and compliance to standards, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Liaise with relevant partners, stakeholders and collaborators to facilitate activities at community level and maintain good working relationships

This role contributes to reducing maternal, neonatal, and child morbidities and mortalities in Narok County by increasing demand and utilization of quality RMNCAH high-impact interventions, ultimately working toward lasting health change in Africa.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in public health, community health, sociology or any other relevant field
- At least 3 years' experience in implementation of public health, community development programmes or behavior change programmes at community level in coastal Region
- Experience in demand creation activities for RMNCAH programmes is desirable
- Strong organization, planning and problem-solving skills, good communications skills (oral and written), negotiation skills, and presentation skills
