Project and Business Processes Development Specialist

• Leads the creation of statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns.
• Handles the works with technology organization and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
• Develops collaboration with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources.
• Uses data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and data analyzes softwares.
