Project Accountant / Project Reporting Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Timely preparation of project (interim) accounts in various currencies
• Establishment of accounting and reporting for project offices or partners abroad
• Coordination and control of financial reports from local project partners abroad
• Support project managers in project entry and quarterly budgeting
• Participation in year-end closing
• Coordination of project audits domestically and abroad
• Regular contact with internal and external customers

This role contributes to global health initiatives by ensuring proper financial management and reporting for projects focused on low- and middle-income countries, supporting the organization's mission to make the world a healthier place.

Required skills and experience:

• FH/University degree in business economics with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Accurate and independent way of working
• In-depth accounting knowledge
• Motivated and expeditious working style
• Organizational flair and mental agility
• Fluent French and English skills, good to very good German skills
