How to Apply for Project Accountant
at Beyond Impact
๐ข About Beyond Impact
Beyond Impact (formerly Tides Advocacy) is a mission-driven fiscal sponsor and grantmaking organization that fuels progressive movements for equity and justice. Working here means supporting fearless leaders and organizations that drive meaningful policy change, all within a remote-first, values-aligned culture.
About This Role
As a Project Accountant, you'll be the financial backbone for multiple 501(c)(4) partners, ensuring their accounting, budgeting, and reporting are accurate and compliant. Your work directly enables these advocacy groups to focus on their missions without financial distractions.
๐ก A Day in the Life
You'll start your day checking emails from partner organizations, then dive into reconciling accounts and running budget vs. actual reports. Midday, you might join a video call to walk a partner through their financials or train them on NetSuite. Afternoons are for grant reporting, cash flow projections, and supporting new partner onboarding.
