Programs Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead program implementation and ensure successful delivery of 2026 programmatic goals
• Drive strategic partnerships and coordinate with internal teams including Youth Engagement and Community Manager, Programs Assistants, and Grants and Partnerships Manager
• Oversee portfolio of initiatives including Bold Spaces, The Good Cycle Initiative, Voices Against Violence, Outreach Youth and Adolescent Lab (OYAL), and Adolescent Resource Centre
• Translate organizational mission into measurable community impact across adolescent health, youth empowerment, and women's protection initiatives

This role creates positive change by translating The Smile Outreach's mission into measurable community impact across adolescent health, youth empowerment, and women's protection initiatives, directly improving lives through program implementation and strategic partnerships.

Required qualifications:

• Experienced and dynamic professional with relevant program management experience
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Founder/Executive Director and various program managers
• Experience in program implementation and strategic partnership development
• Demonstrated ability to translate organizational mission into measurable community impact
