Programs Associate / Senior Programs Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Scale IAPS's AI policy programs, including fellowships and new initiatives
• Coach AI policy fellows during their 12-week program and help them transition into impactful policy roles
• Build operational systems to manage applications, track fellows, and coordinate alumni networks
• Design and pilot new programs connecting technical experts with policymakers

This role creates positive change by scaling AI policy programs that connect technical experts with policymakers, coaching fellows into impactful policy roles, and improving program effectiveness through data-driven approaches.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in program management or operations
• Ability to coach and mentor fellows in AI policy
• Skills in building operational systems and tracking programs
• Experience with program design and piloting new initiatives
