Programme Specialist x 2

Core responsibilities:

• Be instrumental in the quality and impactful implementation, delivery and retention of sites
• Oversee the delivery of exceptional outcomes in support of the charity's mission
• Work as part of a Regional team to deliver outstanding programmes across your geography
• Establish and lead partnerships throughout the life of a programme

This role creates positive change by delivering exceptional outcomes in support of the charity's mission through quality programme implementation and retention.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Accountable for retention and outcomes of portfolio of programmes
• Work closely with Delivery & Partnership team and Quality & Impact team to pursue quality delivery adhering to model fidelity
• Hold partners and stakeholders accountable for their key responsibilities in delivery of quality programmes
• Ability to travel regularly throughout geographical location and occasionally to other UK areas and internationally
