Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee project formulation and evaluation, joint programming initiatives, and national development frameworks for UNFPA activities in population and development
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership in developing population-related policy documents and ensure coherence among different interventions
- Manage the Project to strengthen equitable access to integrated socio-health services in Senegal for people living with disabilities
- Coordinate technical and strategic support for the SWEDD program (Sahel Women's Empowerment and Demographic Dividend) in Senegal

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree with 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Fluency in French and English languages
- Programme management experience with ability to oversee teams and establish collaborative relationships with government, donor agencies, and civil society
- Substantive technical expertise in population issues, demographic analysis, and integration of population dynamics into development planning
