Programme Manager

• Lead programme-level planning, coordination, and governance across a regional portfolio of heat network projects.
• Maintain a single source of truth for programme status, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
• Support governance processes, decision materials, and commercial visibility across the portfolio.

This role enables the efficient delivery of low-carbon district heating networks, contributing to the decarbonization of heat and reducing carbon emissions in the UK.

• Experience in programme management, project management, or portfolio coordination within infrastructure, energy, or utilities.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, risk management, and investment decision processes.
• Commercial awareness and ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce clear reports and decision materials.
