Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, organizing and implementing the Hub Secretariat's programme of work and budget, developing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring robust policy-relevant outputs
  • Support effective operations and decision making of the Steering Committee, organizing policy exchange workshops, preparing documents and logistics, and facilitating participation at meetings
  • Take a lead role in developing and executing communications strategy, disseminating Task Group outputs through website, social media and other channels
  • Facilitate communication among Hub Members and Task Groups, foster relationships with international organizations and stakeholders, and manage complex stakeholder interactions

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Advanced university degree in engineering, physical sciences, statistics, international relations, economics, policy or other relevant discipline(s)
  • Minimum five years experience in energy efficiency policy or related fields with strong technical, economic, and policy expertise
  • Proven project management expertise including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of complex multi-stakeholder projects and events
  • Demonstrated client and stakeholder management skills with experience building relationships with international partners and institutions
  • Excellent written and oral command of English; knowledge of other working languages of Hub Members would be an asset
