Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Secretariat in preparing, organising and implementing the Hub Secretariat's programme of work and budget, taking responsibility for developing timelines, tracking progress, drafting written and verbal reports, and ensuring that outputs are robust and policy-relevant.
- Take a lead role in developing and executing the communications strategy and take responsibility for disseminating Task Group outputs through Hub website, social media and other channels, elevating energy efficiency through messaging.
- Facilitate communication among Hub Members and Task Groups, identify opportunities for productive exchanges, support their activities and meetings, and guide their reports to the Steering Committee, and review their outputs.
- Organise Secretariat-led Policy Exchange Workshops and other events that feature effective efficiency policies, financing mechanisms and implementation strategies across sectors; contribute to event design, recruit and prepare speakers, publicise events, and prepare summaries.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Advanced university degree in engineering, physical sciences, statistics, international relations, economics, policy or other relevant discipline(s).
- Minimum five years experience in energy efficiency policy or related fields, with strong technical, economic, and policy expertise and active engagement in national and international initiatives and organizations.
- Proven project management expertise, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects and events.
- Excellent written and oral command of English, including drafting and proofreading.
