What you will drive
- Lead or support delivery of complex programme management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ensure commissions are managed to quality standards and commercial expectations, with robust risk management.
- Develop strong client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and lead proposal development.
- Manage direct reports, share knowledge, and promote the team internally and externally.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Public and private sector infrastructure, aviation, energy, water, defence, government, highways, health, environment, or sustainability experience preferred.
- Complex, multi-disciplinary programme and PMO management experience with proven delivery track record.
- Key skills: leadership, strategy development, relationship management, complex problem solving, management consulting experience.
- Demonstrable client engagement at senior levels, line management experience, and commercial experience with a track record of winning and retaining clients.
