Programme Manager

• Lead or support delivery of complex programme management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ensure commissions are managed to quality standards and commercial expectations, with robust risk management.
• Develop strong client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and lead proposal development.
• Manage direct reports, share knowledge, and promote the team internally and externally.

This role enables the successful delivery of major infrastructure and business change programmes that uplift communities and enhance lives, contributing to sustainable development and improved public services.

• Public and private sector infrastructure, aviation, energy, water, defence, government, highways, health, environment, or sustainability experience preferred.
• Complex, multi-disciplinary programme and PMO management experience with proven delivery track record.
• Key skills: leadership, strategy development, relationship management, complex problem solving, management consulting experience.
• Demonstrable client engagement at senior levels, line management experience, and commercial experience with a track record of winning and retaining clients.
