What you will drive
- Lead or support the delivery of significant, complex programme management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ensure commissions are managed and delivered to appropriate quality standards and commercial expectations, with robust risk management.
- Develop strong client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and lead proposal development through the bid process.
- Manage direct reports, support their career development, and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.

What makes you a great fit
- Public and private sector infrastructure, aviation, energy, water, defence, government, highways, health, environment, and sustainability experience preferred.
- Complex, multi-disciplinary programme and PMO management experience with a proven track record for delivery.
- Key skills: leadership, strategy development, relationship management, complex problem solving, and management consulting experience.
- Demonstrable client engagement at senior levels, line management experience, and commercial experience with a track record of winning and retaining clients.
