Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Build and expand the Industrial Sustainability programme by conceptualizing and implementing new research projects, methodologies, and market solutions for decarbonising the industrial sector
- Provide strategic leadership by reviewing developments in green hydrogen and industrial sustainability, supporting team leads in shaping research programmes, and supervising publication of high-quality research outputs
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team of Programme Associates and Research Analysts, taking full ownership of their performance and deliverables while mentoring and developing team members
- Drive government engagements and stakeholder relationships by developing networks across government and industries, delivering training, and participating in relevant conferences and workshops

Required qualifications and skills:
- Master's degree in chemical, energy, industrial, production, mechanical engineering or related fields with 6-14 years of relevant work experience in research, policy/industry engagement and project management
- Strong research background with expertise in techno-economic analysis, cost & benefit analysis, material-energy balances, and sound knowledge of basic economic principles
- Proven experience in writing white papers, articles, policy briefs and research reports, with prior experience in consulting firms or think tanks preferred
- Proficiency in Excel essential, with experience in Python or Matlab as a plus, plus strong team management skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
