Programme Lead - ECTs

The Programme Lead - ECTs will lead the design and delivery of the Flourishing ECTEs programme, delivered in partnership with University College London (UCL).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of the Flourishing ECTEs programme, delivered in partnership with University College London (UCL).
  • Ensure 'Flourishing Content' is continually improving and evolving, establishing a truly unique ECTE offer.
  • Equip, train, and support facilitators to deliver programme content effectively, ensuring that training is tailored to the specific context and needs of the ECT phase across regional cohorts.
  • Deliver elements of programme content in both large-scale virtual settings and smaller regional groups (virtually or face-to-face).

Requirements

  • The Programme Lead - ECTs will be a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in programme management and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the ECT phase and its complexities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a partnership environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Nice to Have

  • Experience of working in a partnership environment with a university or other external partner.
  • Experience of programme management and delivery in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Knowledge of the ECT phase and its complexities.
  • Experience of training and supporting facilitators.
