Programme Director – Infrastructure
Location: Dublin
At AECOM, we’re delivering a better world. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Programme Director to join our Dublin office, playing a key leadership role in the delivery of complex infrastructure programmes.
This is a senior opportunity for a proven programme leader with strong governance, stakeholder, and commercial capability, ideally within aviation or major infrastructure environments.
Here’s what you’ll do:
End-to-End Programme Leadership: Lead and coordinate programme activities across the full lifecycle, working closely with internal delivery teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure efficient and assured delivery.
Financial Oversight: Take ownership of the programme budget, including financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and optimal allocation of resources.
Performance Management: Define, monitor, and report on programme milestones and KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with key aviation stakeholders, delivery partners, and internal functions to understand the wider programme landscape and maintain strategic alignment.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure programme activities comply with internal governance and assurance processes, preparing high-quality submissions to progress through project control points.
Process Excellence: Implement best-practice programme management procedures and controls to drive performance, value, and efficiency.
