Programme Delivery Director

• Lead large, complex transformation portfolios spanning customer operations, digital platforms, technology modernisation, operating model redesign, and regulatory change.
• Translate Group strategy into clear, prioritised delivery roadmaps, managing pace, interdependencies, risk, and value.
• Set and enforce enterprise-level governance, assurance, and delivery standards, ensuring benefits are realised.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Executives and Board-level stakeholders, providing confidence, challenge, and insight on delivery performance.

This role drives Centrica's transformation towards a sustainable energy future, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and enabling a greener, fairer energy system.

• Experience at Senior Manager or Associate Partner level in a leading management consultancy or specialist transformation consultancy.
• Track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes or portfolios (£50m–£200m+) across multiple clients, sectors, or business units.
• Deep experience operating as a senior client advisor, influencing C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• Strong capability in governance, assurance, benefits realisation, and delivery confidence.
