• Co-lead the Policy Leaders Programme that places experienced professionals into critical AI governance roles across Europe
• Develop programme strategy and scale its impact across European AI governance
• Design and deliver training curriculum and development activities for fellows
• Coordinate placements with partner institutions and recruit senior guest speakers
