Mission
What you will drive
- Stay abreast of the latest research and developments on battery technologies and recycling processes to inform team's research
- Track and analyse policy and regulatory developments on battery circularity in India and globally to inform team's strategy
- Conceptualise and implement new research to inform battery circularity narrative, designing innovative ideas on technological solutions, policy interventions and market design
- Lead project execution by preparing detailed activity plans, timelines, resource planning, stakeholder management, cross-team interactions, and donor engagement

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Masters' degree in chemical science/engineering, environmental science/policy, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in circular economy, battery recycling, industrial sustainability, or relevant areas
- Published peer-reviewed publications (reports/journal papers) on relevant topics
- Ability to identify technical and policy issues, interpret data, develop quantitative methods, and identify/develop creative solutions
- Strong written and oral communication skills with good report writing and presentation abilities
