Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Review reports, journal papers, and other relevant research publications on distributed renewable energy (DRE) and its grid integration at national and sub-national levels
- Collect DRE-related data to create comprehensive state-level databases for analysis and assessment
- Conceptualize and implement projects related to increasing the share of grid-connected distributed renewable energy technologies
- Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders including discoms, regulators, state nodal agencies, developers, and research organizations

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's) with specialization in renewable energy technologies, economics, public policy or related field
- Up to 4-7 years of relevant work experience in research, policy/industry engagement and project management in electricity policy, distribution, energy modeling and renewable energy
- Basic understanding of India's energy markets (specifically grid-connected DRE markets) and policy/regulatory environment
- Proficiency in MS-Excel is a must; understanding of STATA/R/Python and other data visualization tools would be an added advantage
