Programme and Project Coordinator

• Coordinate technical programmes and projects across the IDC Division, advising the Director on matters critical to the progressive commissioning plan and inter-divisional priorities.
• Oversee development of an integrated programme of work, ensuring goals, priorities, and budgets aligning with organizational objectives; prepare technical elements of the performance reports.
• Manage priorities and make sure that software development initiatives deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with organizational goals, while ensuring seamless integration and validation during IDC commissioning for operational readiness.
• Oversee Division's risk management and lead the maintenance of the Divisional Risk Register, ensuring risks are identified, monitored, and mitigated in line with organizational frameworks.

This role contributes to the operational readiness and effectiveness of the CTBTO's monitoring systems, supporting global nuclear test ban verification and nuclear security.
