What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging activities and resources for youth programmes
  • Support training for delivery staff and administer monitoring and evaluation of programmes
  • Champion the voices of girls and young women in decision making
  • Create and deliver participation opportunities to ensure girl voices are heard across the organization
