Program Talent Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Own MATS' full applicant process across 3+ high-volume cycles per year (100+ fellows, 50+ mentors per cohort)
• Interface with mentors at Anthropic, Google DeepMind, and other organizations to understand talent needs
• Design applications, coordinate evaluations, manage reviewers, and prepare applicant shortlists
• Develop outreach strategy to attract top talent

This role creates positive change by identifying and helping launch the careers of talented AI safety & security researchers, directly addressing the talent bottleneck in what the organization sees as the world's most urgent and talent-constrained problem: reducing risks from advanced artificial intelligence.

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive salary ($130,000 to $200,000 annually)
