What you will drive
- Build and maintain MATS' internal infrastructure, including databases, data collection forms, and integrations
- Refactor legacy systems and collaborate across teams to improve infrastructure and establish best practices
- Create ambitious, shared infrastructure for the AI safety talent ecosystem

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strong understanding of database design patterns and experience with implementing them in practice
- Security mindset with regards to data privacy
- Good eye for usability and user experience of frontend interfaces
- Sufficient software engineering experience to write custom code for database workflows OR proficiency with using LLMs to assist with writing code
