Program Specialist I
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for federation programs and awards including data entry, maintaining files, creating forms, distributing correspondence, preparing entries for judging, and generating reports
- Assist with the online Live Your Dream Award application process including planning, processing, tracking, and communicating with applicants, clubs, and judges
- Coordinate Soroptimist Club Grant application process including receipt of applications, translation, contract tracking, and fund disbursement
- Serve as first contact for member and non-member program issues, including application system support for users

Required qualifications:
- Degree in social sciences or related field
- Internship and/or paid experience in a similar capacity
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proven research, analytical and report writing skills with strong written and oral communication
- Expertise in MS Office, data entry, correspondence, internet research and Adobe
- Basic proficiency using web tools, content management systems, and working with online forms
