Program & Project Management Intern

Core responsibilities include:

• Work directly with the Metro NY senior management team, assisting Project Managers in the region
• Perform financial, economic and qualitative data collection and analyses across multiple business lines including Transportation, Water, PPM, Buildings + Places, Environment, and Energy
• Create and manage spreadsheets, databases, reports, and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint
• Monitor project/program status and understand their relationship to operational and financial performance

This role supports infrastructure and environmental projects across multiple sectors, contributing to sustainable development and community improvement through data-driven project management.

Required qualifications:

• Ability to perform financial, economic and qualitative data collection and analysis
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations
• Experience with data collection, forecasting, and preparing reports on financial metrics
• Ability to conduct research and analysis and make recommendations based on findings
