Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the Blue Resilience Initiative and team members in collaborating with domestic and international partners to advance nature-based solutions and coastal habitat restoration globally
- Manage program operations including knowledge management, fundraising support, travel and event logistics, and monitoring and evaluation systems
- Ensure all programmatic information and documentation is properly tracked in internal systems like Google Drive and Salesforce
- Support efforts to foster greater diversity, equity and inclusion in the design and execution of all TOF programs

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/nonprofit administration, operations management, computer science, or financial management (or 3+ years related experience)
- Demonstrated ability to manage detail-oriented workstreams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Salesforce and Asana experience a plus)
Benefits
