What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the Blue Resilience Initiative and team members in collaborating with domestic and international partners to advance nature-based solutions and coastal habitat restoration globally
  • Manage program operations including knowledge management, fundraising support, travel and event logistics, and monitoring and evaluation systems
  • Ensure all programmatic information and documentation is properly tracked in internal systems like Google Drive and Salesforce
  • Support efforts to foster greater diversity, equity and inclusion in the design and execution of all TOF programs

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/nonprofit administration, operations management, computer science, or financial management (or 3+ years related experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage detail-oriented workstreams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Salesforce and Asana experience a plus)
