Mission
What you will drive
- Provide best-in-class administrative support for logistics, event planning, recruitment, communications, and data management.
- Coordinate logistics for 3-4 events monthly, including venue selection, food ordering, registration, and materials preparation.
- Serve as central support for operational systems (Salesforce, Asana, etc.) and facilitate teacher stipends, reimbursements, and budget tracking.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least two years of professional experience in operations, nonprofit administration, or related administrative support.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events, projects, or operational processes end-to-end.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with operational tools (Asana, Salesforce, Google Workspace).
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to travel within Pennsylvania for in-person event support.
