Mission

What you will drive

  • Support ongoing evaluations of companies in the FLA Accreditation Program, including reviewing compliance documentation and conducting quality reviews of factory assessment reports and wage data.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools, policies, and procedures for the Social Compliance department.
  • Support the implementation of the Fair Compensation Toolkit, including wage data analysis, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Graduate degree in business, law, sociology, industrial relations, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least three years of professional experience in a relevant field such as business, supply chain management, corporate social responsibility, or human rights.
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written; fluency in English required; second language in Mandarin, Spanish, or other relevant language a plus.
  • Strong organizational, editing, and copy-editing skills; detail-oriented; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
