Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Officer, Global Health Integrated Development Expertise (LTE) to join our team. The Program Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of global health programs, including project planning, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of global health programs, including project planning, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation.
- Collaborate with program staff, partners, and stakeholders to identify program needs and develop solutions.
- Provide technical assistance and support to program staff and partners to ensure program quality and effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and implementation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, donors, and partners.
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About the Role
- The Program Officer will work closely with the Global Health team to develop and implement global health programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, international development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in global health program management, including project planning, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with project management software, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language a plus.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, international development, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in global health program management, including project planning, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with project management software, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language a plus.
