What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage key portfolio of program relationships with Episcopal Relief & Development's grantees and their stakeholders
  • Manage grants for response and recovery projects following organizational procedures
  • Support partners in establishing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks for programs
  • Ensure partner compliance with due diligence policies and support organizational capacity building

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (Community Development, International Development, etc.) and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6-10 years of program management experience in development or emergency response organization
  • Minimum 5 years of field-based partner-led implementation experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish essential
  • Work experience engaging with People on the Move and/or Climate Related Issues
