What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage key portfolio of program relationships with Episcopal Relief & Development's grantees and their stakeholders
- Manage grants for response and recovery projects following organizational procedures
- Support partners in establishing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks for programs
- Ensure partner compliance with due diligence policies and support organizational capacity building

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Community Development, International Development, etc.) and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6-10 years of program management experience in development or emergency response organization
- Minimum 5 years of field-based partner-led implementation experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish essential
- Work experience engaging with People on the Move and/or Climate Related Issues
