Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Officer to support the Enterics Vaccines team. The Program Officer will provide administrative support to the team, coordinate logistics, and assist with program implementation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Enterics Vaccines team, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist with program implementation, including coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and tracking progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and government agencies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare and submit reports, including program updates, financial reports, and other documents as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
