Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the Healthy Wildlife and Water program, including community walks, bilingual outreach, nursery partnerships, and educational events.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, municipal managers, and environmental partners.
- Co-develop advocacy toolkits, draft communications, and assist with grant writing and fundraising.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field preferred.
- Experience with pesticide alternatives, IPM, or sustainable landscaping.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
