Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead overall project management for a NOAA contracted program, ensuring contract requirements, deliverables, milestones, and customer commitments are met.
  • Serve as the primary program management liaison with NOAA stakeholders, managing the PMO operating cadence and establishing the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Oversee task order implementation, coordinate across technical leadership and corporate functions, and maintain visibility into program risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and support customer briefings, monthly progress reports, program reviews, and ensure program records are maintained in approved systems.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, technical program management, or government program execution.
  • PMP Certification (certification number to be verified).
  • Knowledge of NOAA’s NWP modeling suites.
  • Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, schedules, risks, deliverables, and reporting requirements, including government contracts and federal programs.
