Program Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee activities for Slipstream's programs, including developing annual plans, tracking goals, managing budgets, and establishing operational metrics
• Collaborate with utility clients on program strategy and delivery, including regular meetings to discuss program metrics and forecasting outcomes
• Manage and analyze large sets of program data to meet client reporting requirements and utilize data management tools to track program/project data
• Investigate new technologies to determine energy savings potential and include those new technologies in program offerings as appropriate

This role accelerates climate solutions by managing energy efficiency programs that save and decarbonize energy, while collaborating with communities of color, rural communities, and tribal nations to address historic inequities in the health and economic benefits of clean energy.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of work-related experience, preferably in project management, program budget management, sales and promotional planning
• Experience managing energy efficiency programs for large utility clients in the affordable housing, income eligible, or new construction market sectors
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with Salesforce experience as a plus
• Proven project management and leadership skills with ability to build professional relationships with teams, vendors, clients, and partners

Compensation and perks:

• Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 USD annually
• Fully remote position with ability to work from home or another suitable location with reliable internet access
• Flexible schedules with meetings generally occurring 9-4 in Central Time zone
• Travel required: Up to 10%
