Program Manager, School Partnerships & Implementation

As the Program Manager, School Partnerships & Implementation, you will be accountable for the following:

• Manage project timelines, partner calendars, and implementation milestones to ensure each micro-internship cycle runs seamlessly from launch through student completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of schools, districts, and business partners, coordinating onboarding, training logistics, and communication
• Support educator coaching sessions and help refine facilitation guides, educator toolkits, and learning resources
• Collaborate with the team on national implementations and coordinate cross-functional efforts across design, data, and partnership workstreams

This role creates positive change by connecting high school students to real-world, project-based work experiences through micro-internships, helping to equitize education and ensure every student can succeed and thrive.

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in program management, education, youth development, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience supporting educators or implementing project-based learning in school or out of school settings
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills with proficiency in Google Workspace and data systems

Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus 401K with employer match.
