What you will drive

  • Provide programmatic support across RLF’s wildfire resilience initiatives in Washington and California, including project implementation, coalition management, grants administration, and communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, convenings, and team retreats; support strategic planning and program development.
  • Manage grantmaking and contract activities, including due diligence, proposal development, and reporting.

  • 3+ years of expertise in western wildfire resilience, conservation, climate change, or related fields.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Comfort working in complex policy and stakeholder environments; commitment to learning policy development and advocacy.

Starting salary $92,000 - $107,000 (commensurate with experience).
