Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Facilitate members' collaborative efforts in agriculture and energy strategic priority program areas
- Coordinate group and one-to-one meetings, facilitate calls, and plan network conversations that build member knowledge
- Oversee issue-specific projects and connect issue-specific work back to the full network
- Contribute to planning Annual Meeting and other events, and support shared responsibility for activities like annual member surveys and steering committee preparations

Required qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience working on energy policy at the state level in one or more Midwestern states
- Knowledge and experience working on agricultural and/or food systems policy at local, state, and/or federal level
- Experience facilitating diverse groups of people and demonstrated commitment to racial equity
- Project management and/or organizing experience with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
