Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the launch and implementation of a large-scale, government-funded maternal health distribution program
  • Support day-to-day coordination across internal teams, government stakeholders, and distribution partners
  • Provide administrative support, partner onboarding, data tracking, and operational follow-through
  • Manage statewide diaper distribution and delivery of Maternal Health and Newborn Supply Kits to birthing hospitals across New York State

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience in managing external teams including program support, administration, operations, or related role
  • Experience supporting funded public health programs, grants, or large-scale initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable learning new systems
