Program Manager - New Jersey

• Coordinates all business and programmatic activities to maintain cost, quality, and schedule parameters
• Leads, directs, and manages the installation, maintenance, and performance of the network according to utility schedules and company fiscal plans
• Develops and executes periodic reviews of deployment and implements proactive maintenance and operational tests to ensure system performance
• Manages customer interface, subcontracts, new business expansion, operations, and maintenance of the network

This role supports decarbonization and grid modernization by managing smart grid solutions that optimize energy usage, contributing to a smarter and more sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, network, systems, computer, or related business field
• PMP Certification
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management or similar multi-disciplined business environment leading customer accounts
• Advanced computer knowledge, network skills, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
