Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee MAAP's client care program to ensure high-quality, timely, and compassionate support for people seeking abortion care in Montana
- Supervise a part-time Master's of Social Work graduate student and collaborate with the Executive Director to build and manage a volunteer program
- Manage the Reproductive Care Kit Program, including weekly mailing of kits and process improvement
- Build and maintain partnerships with clinics, abortion funds, and community organizations

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of case management or direct service experience working with marginalized and under-resourced communities
- At least 2 years of volunteer management or community organizing experience
- Deep commitment to MAAP's mission and values, with strong interest in reproductive justice and abortion access
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
