Mission
What you will drive
- Partner with the Senior Director for Innovation to design and execute innovation pilots, managing logistical workflows, subgrant drafting, compliance oversight, and contract review.
- Assist in identifying and adopting new technologies; translate complex technical concepts for lay audiences and draft toolkits and training resources.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the innovation pipeline, coordinate events, and execute professional communications to stakeholders.
- Maintain systems and workflows that move projects from ideation to scaling, and support data and evaluation feedback loops.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree required; 4-6 years of experience in program management, social innovation, democratic engagement, technology and education, or higher education administration.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities; PMP certification welcome but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences; deep commitment to democracy, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience with technology-aware tools (e.g., AI) and higher education, democracy building, or nonprofit coalition work preferred.
